ORGANIZATION-LEVEL PARTICIPATION FORMS

Participating organizations need to have a primary contact fill out our simple Participation Forms to participate in the Parade, Festival, or have your events promoted on our calendar.

Why Should I & How Can I Participate?

Why the Festival: Reserving a spot in the festival gives you a chance to showcase your organization and connect with audience members in creative ways. To get you thinking, in the past we have seen organizations do some of the following:

  • play a toss game with recyclable materials for prizes

  • give away items made from recyclable goods

  • pass out pamphlets about their organizations and have a sign up sheet to learn more about the organization

Why the Parade: Reserving a spot in the parade gives you a chance to showcase your organization and connect with the public in creative ways. To get you thinking, in the past we have seen organizations do some of the following:

  • invite friends and families of the organization to join them on the walk through downtown Lowell in organization shirts

  • perform a unique dance routine in the street

  • Ride pedal powered-vehicles in the parade lineup.

This is a great opportunity for you and your organizations. Please sign up by March 31, 2019.
